I spent my early years in Siberia, and then a too-large chunk of time in New Jersey. In August of 2011 I decided to drop out of high school to build Wanelo.com with my favorite (and only) sister Deena. I went to a magnet high school that I’m extremely grateful for (here’s why) and also really resent (here’s why). 

I’m a product manager/designer by weekday, and am slowly and painfully learning Ruby on Rails, refreshing what I know about HTML/CSS, and being confused about compiled vs. interpreted languages by weekend. Feel free to give me input on whether I should go back and learn some basics in Sinatra, or if I need to drop everything because HTML5 is the way of the future.
